My pool was installed late fall 2020. Unfortunately during this time the leaves started to fall. I tried cleaning the pool with just the skimmer, but his was a huge challenge. I purchased the big sucker leaf vacuum and gave this a try. After a few minutes of figuring it out I was underway in cleaning. In 1.5 hours I had filled a 20 liter (5gallon) pail with leaves from the pool. A few tricks I learned, I connected two hoses together inline with a ball valve between the two hoses. I kept the entire hose hooked up to the big sucker leaf vacuum on the pool deck area including the ball valve. The other hose fed this from the house water valve. This way I could easily turn the water on and off as needed. For cleaning keep the hose taunt as you move the pole attached to big sucker leaf vacuum around. You will be surprised at how quickly the bag will fill up. Have fun and enjoy the fresh air and happy swimming.
